This site and your information
This site sets no cookies and no trackers, collects no personal information when you browse it, and its fonts are hosted on its own domain: when a page loads, no resource is fetched from a third party. That is why no consent banner is shown: there is nothing to consent to.
The only communication to a third party is the one you trigger yourself by sending the contact form. Your address and message are then used only to reply to you, and kept for at most three (3) years after the last exchange. Messages reach us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays the message and does not keep it.
Under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you have rights of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent and portability over your information: write to the contact address above. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca). People residing in the European Union exercise the same rights at the same contact address.
The AIDataVeil product
AIDataVeil is software installed and run on the client’s machines or servers. The publisher has no access to the data the client processes with the product: it passes through none of the publisher’s servers, and the publisher keeps no copy of it. The precise terms of use, licensing and support are set out in the proposal handed to the client.
AIDataVeil is a risk-reduction tool. It does not, on its own, establish your organization’s compliance with any law or standard: that assessment belongs to you and your advisors, in light of your context.

The content of this site is the exclusive property of 9566-4629 Québec inc. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Software delivered to a client is licensed under the terms of its proposal; the engine and generic components it is built from remain the property of 9566-4629 Québec inc.
