Most tools only mask fixed formats: phone, bank card and national ID numbers. AIDataVeil also protects the names, addresses and files you declare, in a sentence as in a whole document, and preserves the links between people. Event dates and amounts stay intact: they give the file its meaning. The AI keeps the useful context, without receiving the real identifiers.

Its protection rests on a contract: your documents travel to the provider’s servers, and a commitment describes the rest. AIDataVeil makes no such promise: your real data does not leave at all. The two can coexist; they do not protect the same thing.
Our software already uses AI. Do we have to replace it?+
No, quite the opposite: the veil sits in front of it, without modifying it. Your software keeps working as before; what it sends to the AI simply passes through the protection first, in both directions. It is not a competitor to your assistant: it is its safeguard.
Where does our data go, concretely?+
Nowhere. Everything is installed and kept on your premises: your files, your client list, the log. What goes to the AI of your choice is the protected version, which you can display at any time. We have no account, no access, no copy.
We are not in Canada. Is this for us?+
Yes. AIDataVeil is installed on your premises, in the country of your choice, and needs no server here. French and English are covered and measured. The formats recognized out of the box are North American (identification numbers, phone numbers, postal codes) and universal (emails, bank cards). For another country, we add its identifier formats and measure before promising. On the legal side, the mechanism is pseudonymisation, which the GDPR lists among appropriate security measures; your organization’s compliance remains your advisors’ call.
What if a name slips through?+
What you declared is picked up by the substitution rule in every covered exchange. On a name never seen before, the error margin is measured and displayed, never hidden, and it closes in one click: declare the name, it is covered forever. For a sensitive file, the review before sending puts a human between you and the send.
Our technical team will want details.+
Good: they will be well served. Integration in front of your existing applications, a local programming interface never exposed to the network, software delivered sealed and verifiable, logs with no content whatsoever.
