The AIDataVeil product
AIDataVeil is designed to keep no readable business content within its own scope. Depending on the offer and the architecture deployed, history may be kept in encrypted form, with keys managed separately from the content. Its retention period is a setting chosen by the customer's administrator (30 days, 90 days, one year or the length of the subscription), and the history is destroyed when the subscription ends. The exact terms of processing, hosting, retention and support are set in the contract.
For the data your organization processes with AIDataVeil, your organization remains the controller. Where YC INTELLIGENCE operates a service on its behalf, such as the key service, it acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.
AIDataVeil reduces risk. It does not, on its own, make your organization compliant with a law or a standard: that assessment belongs to you and your advisers, in your own context.
This site and your data
This site uses no audience measurement, no advertising and no marketing tracker, and it sets no cookie. Its fonts, images and scripts are served from its own domain. This is why no consent banner is shown.
To deliver the site and keep it secure, the host processes the technical data that any visit generates, recorded in its logs: in particular your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, and technical information about your browser. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of YC INTELLIGENCE in providing a site that works and is secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The only exchange with another party is the one you start yourself by sending the contact form. Your message is received by a service of the site’s host that runs in Paris, then sent by Brevo (brevo.com), a French email service that processes data in the European Union, to the mailbox of YC INTELLIGENCE, hosted by Microsoft. Neither the site nor this service keeps a copy.
YC INTELLIGENCE, as controller, uses your name, your email address and your message only to answer you and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, otherwise, its legitimate interest in answering the messages it receives (Article 6(1)(f)). Recipients: the YC INTELLIGENCE team that handles your request, the host, Brevo and the email provider. Your name and your work email are needed to answer you; the other fields are optional. Your messages are kept for one year after your last contact or, if a contract follows, for the length of the contract, then only as long as the law requires.
The host (Vercel Inc.) and the email provider (Microsoft) may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on which these transfers rely.
No automated decision and no profiling apply to you.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and, where it applies, to data portability. You can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, contact YC INTELLIGENCE through the contact form or by post at its registered office. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.

The content of this site, the AIDataVeil software, its name and its logo are the property of YC INTELLIGENCE. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.
Software delivered to a customer is licensed under the terms of its contract. No ownership is transferred.
